1st step– boiling the water.
2nd step– add the hibiscus petals into the water and let it infuse.
Steps to make lemonade
1st step- take the squeezed lemon juice and mix it with 1 cup of water.
2nd step– add sugar mix it well.
Now that our hibiscus tea and lemonade are ready, let’s assemble them.

2nd step-then add the lemonade.

Some extra tips.
- Once you’ve brewed the hibiscus tea, don’t throw the petals away — you can brew the same petals multiple times.
- And while brewing, remember that the water shouldn’t be boiling hot, or it will destroy all the antioxidants present in the hibiscus and you won’t get the optimum benefits.

Instructions
- Make the Hibiscus Tea
- Make the Lemonade
- Assemble
Boil 2 cups of water. Switch off the flame. Add dried hibiscus petals, cover and let it infuse for 6-7 minutes until the colour turns deep ruby red. Strain it and let it cool completely. Keep in fridge to chill.
In a jug, add 1 cup cold water, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well until sugar dissolves completely.
In serving glasses, add lots of ice cubes. Pour half lemonade and half chilled hibiscus tea. Stir gently.
